Yudi - Grandmaster of steaks

He is a culinary maestro with a passion for cooking that ignited at the tender age of 12 while assisting his mother in the kitchen. Since 2011, he has been honing his craft, specializing in Western cuisine with a particular focus on steaks and homemade pasta.

His journey has taken him from cruise ship kitchens to his current role at Cornerhouse Bali, where he has been elevating the dining experience since 2019. With expertise in creating artisanal pasta from scratch and preparing the finest cuts of meat, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our steakhouse.

At Gambinos, he oversees a menu featuring premium cuts such as T-Bone, Tomahawk, Tenderloin, Sirloin, Round Steak, and expertly Dry-Aged selections. His approach to the perfect steak is meticulous:
